Basic rules of adoption

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Must have a fenced-in yard.

Must have a veterinarian reference.

All our rescue dogs are assessed by a veterinarian, spayed and/or neutered, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped.

We adopt our dogs within, or close to the Northwest Arkansas area.

All current pets must be spayed and/or neutered.

If your current pets are not spayed or neutered and kept up to date on all health care, you will not be considered for adoption.

The first step in setting up an adoption meeting is for you to fill out the application to adopt! To fill out the application online, please click here.

If you would prefer to download the application, please print and complete the form, then email it to empackrescue@gmail.com.
